1. Who we are
Cultiva Cube for Management and Accounting Consulting and Research (كولتيفا كيوب للاستشارات الإدارية والمحاسبية والبحوث), commercial registration 249874, Building 136, Office 22, Street 244, Zone 37, Bin Omran, Doha, Qatar.
We decide how the personal data you send through this site is used and why. Qatar's Law No. 13 of 2016 on Protecting Personal Data Privacy (the Law) applies to it.

2. What we collect
- From the form: your name, email, phone (if you give it), business name (if you give it), where your business is (starting out, stopped growing, running, or not sure), and your message.
- Automatically: the source tag in the link you used (for example
?src=quote-audit), the date and time you sent the form, and the technical data every website receives: your IP address and browser details.
3. Why we use it
- To read your message, reply to it and discuss it with you.
- To follow up on that message.
- To count how many messages come from each page or link.
- To protect the site and the form from misuse.
We will not use your data for any other purpose without asking you first.
4. Your consent
By sending the form, you confirm you have read this notice and agree that we use your details to answer your message (Article 4 of the Law). You can withdraw your consent at any time (section 8).
5. Who sees it, and where it goes
- Cloudflare hosts the site, runs the form and stores each message.
- Google Workspace: a copy of your message is emailed to the founder's mailbox on Ceramic Cube's email domain.
- Anthropic (Claude): AI assistants used by Cultiva Cube and Ceramic Cube Pottery Trading read messages to sort them and draft replies. A person checks every reply before it is sent.
- The hosting, file storage and messaging services those assistants run on.
- The person in our team who answers messages.
- Ceramic Cube Pottery Trading, CR 139381, a separate company: its email system holds your message, and its staff may help answer it.
These services process data outside Qatar, including in the United States and Europe. The Law allows personal data to move across borders (Article 15). We use these services only for the purposes in section 3.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone other than those listed above, unless the law requires us to.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your message for 12 months from the day we receive it. After that we delete the form record and the emailed copy.
7. How we protect it
The form sends your data over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Messages are used only by the people and assistants who work on them, and our providers hold them in protected accounts. If a breach could seriously harm you, we will tell you and the regulator (Article 14).
8. Your rights
Under Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, you can:
- ask what data we hold about you and why, and get a copy of it;
- ask us to correct it, with something that shows the correct details;
- ask us to delete it;
- withdraw your consent;
- object to how we use it.
How to ask: write to hello@cultiva3cube.com or use the contact form on this site, and tell us what you want. Use the email address you used for your message so we can find it. We may ask you to confirm it is you. We will reply within 30 days.
9. Complaints
Please tell us first. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the authority that enforces the Law, the National Cyber Security Agency (ncsa.gov.qa) (Article 26).
10. Please do not send
- Personal data of a special nature: health, physical or mental condition, ethnic origin, religious belief, marital relations, criminal offences or records, or any data about children (Article 16).
- QID, passport or other ID numbers, or bank or card details.
- Bank statements, ledgers or other financial records. The contact form is not the place for them.
- Other people's personal details, apart from the name of the colleague we should contact or the person who referred you.
This site is for businesses and adults. It is not aimed at children. If you are under 18, please do not use the form.
11. Cookies and analytics
The site has no analytics and sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Its fonts are served from the site itself. Cloudflare hosts the site and sees your IP address in order to serve the pages and protect the site from abuse.
12. Changes
If we change this notice, we will publish the new version on this page with a new date and version number.
